An overview
Dentures are a removable option to replacing several missing teeth in either the upper or lower jaws. They can be full dentures, replacing all teeth in a jaw, or partial dentures, replacing just a few. There are lots of different types of materials which dentures are made of. What is involved?
The first appointment involves moulds of your teeth being taken. In some cases, a second set of more accurate impressions needs to be taken, along with some measurements. A shade of the teeth will be chosen to match with your existing teeth.
Ongoing care
In order to maintain good oral health, dentures need to be removed often, as well as overnight. It is important to understand all instructions so if you have any questions about dentures and the different options you have, please chat to Paul.
